To a new parent, there are few scenes more delightful than that of your child sleeping peacefully. Healthy, rejuvenating sleep is important for everyone — including your baby. Since infants spend over 50% of their first year sleeping, it just makes sense to provide them with the safest, most natural and comfortable sleep environment possible. A great start is by providing your baby with an organic nursery, comprised of an organic crib mattress, organic baby bedding, and all-natural mattress pads and moisture pads. This flat waterproof moisture pad by Naturepedic is made with soft organic cotton flannel on top for your baby's comfort. The bottom layer is organic cotton muslin, and inbetween there is an ultra-thin inner layer which is waterproof. This layer also blocks dust mites.
This pad can be layered under a crib sheet for extra protection. No vinyl/PVC, phthalates, latex, or wool. No chemical flame retardants. Organic cotton flannel top layers with a thin inner membrane between two outer cotton layers provides a waterproof surface, helping prevent liquids from passing through.
